All rentals require a local Missouri Drivers License.  A rental contract must be signed and executed by this individual on every rental transaction prior to release of the equipment.


All rentals require one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

All cards will be charged in advance for the rental amount plus any other applicable charges such as tax, delivery, optional damage waiver, or merchandise.  We do not accept cash or checks for deposit.


We always suggest reserving your equipment in advance.  Some larger pieces may require prepayment.  Please call a branch directly.


The rental period starts when the equipment leaves and ends when the equipment is returned.  Equipment can only be returned during normal store hours.

A one-day rental is based on a 24-hour period; a 4-hour rental is based on 4-hours within our business day. Overnight "special rates" are not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Overtime charges will be assessed in hourly increments.

Metered equipment, in addition to actual time-out are also limited to actual run time on the equipment's hour meter.  A one-day rental is based on 8-hours maximum use within a 24-hour period.  A 7-day rental will allow 40-hours use in 7-days and a 28-day rental will allow 160 hours of use in a 28-day period.  Additional hours on the meter will be charged at the overtime rate of 1/8 of the daily rate per hour.


Fuel is the customer’s responsibility.  All equipment leaves full of fuel and is to be returned full of fuel.  The customer will be charged at the end of the rental if the equipment is not returned full.


The customer is required to participate in the check-out process and physical inspection of the rental equipment.  Anything the customer finds to be unsatisfactory must be indicated before the rental period begins.  All repairs due to abuse or negligence will be charged to the customer upon return.



Customer will be responsible for abnormal cleaning charges.
